Join NewBreed at Exponential Orlando 2026
We are looking forward to seeing you all again at Exponential this year! As usual, we will have a booth and be hosting workshops, but this year we are extra excited for the debut of Discipology.
We now have a simple system for disciple making for you and your church. It includes a book for disciple making catalysts (Discipology) and journal for everday disciple makers (Journey to Disciple Making) and an interactive Bible plan with Through the Word that coaches believers through the disciple making process. We'll have special launch kits and swag available at our booth, so make sure you stop by the main worship center to pick them up!
Discipology Launch Party
Get ready for an epic night as we celebrate the Discipology launch in person! Join Peyton Jones, author of Discipology, and the rest of the Discipology Team for food and fun. Whether you're curious or already a fan, this is the perfect chance to connect. Appetizers will be provided and several golfing bays available on us.

Discipology Lunch
Join us for a free lunch and an inside look at Discipology, a new system for building a church that actually makes disciples. In this session, we’ll share the story behind the book, preview the key principles, and show you how to start creating a culture of everyday disciple makers in your church. Whether you’re a planter, pastor, or pioneer, Discipology is a practical framework to help your people move from passive consumers to active multipliers. Come hungry...and leave with a plan.

Time/Location: Wednesday, March 18th from 12:00-2:00pm in Faith Hall, room 301H
Pre-Conference Intensive
Church Plantology: The Art and Science of Planting Churches
The world has changed, but the mission hasn't. In this dynamic pre-conference powered by NewBreed Training, you'll discover how to plant churches rooted in the radical simplicity of the New Testament and adapted to the complexity of today’s world. Whether you're planting your first church or multiplying your fifth, this session will equip you with field-tested strategies, biblical insights, and a Spirit-led posture to launch and lead missional movements—not just Sunday services.
You'll learn how to:
- Engage unreached people in a post-Christian world
- Develop decentralized, leader-rich church structures
- Create disciple-making pipelines that scale
- Solve funding issues through biblical models
Speakers: Peyton Jones, Kris Langham, Ralph Moore, Mike Chong Perkinson, Jon Crawford, Demeko Bivens

Workshop Sessions
Session 1: How Jesus & Paul Made Disciples: Time, Teaching, and Tactics
Jesus and Paul didn’t disciple from a distance, they invested deeply in people over time, grounded them in the truth of the gospel, and trained them through real mission. Before sending anyone out, they built a foundation of trust and truth, then equipped ordinary people to do extraordinary things. This workshop explores the rhythm and reproducible practices behind their impact, offering a clear path for leaders who want to do more than teach content.
Speakers: Peyton Jones
Time/Location: Tuesday, March 17 from 2:30-3:30pm in Faith Hall, room 301H
Session 1: Intentional, Reproducible Disciple-Making in Real Life
One of the biggest questions asked at Exponential is “HOW?” Here’s a secret: with a little intentionality, it doesn’t have to be that hard! In this workshop, seasoned disciple-makers Ralph Moore & Ben Connelly will help you move from disciple-making theory to practice. You’ll hear their stories & draw out principles for multiplying disciples, leaders, & churches. You’ll discuss and workshop tangible tools to implement in your context. And you’ll leave with a next step plan, to reproduce disciples in your everyday life & leadership.
Speakers: Ralph Moore, Ben Connelly
Time/Location: Tuesday, March 17 from 2:30-3:30pm in Kids 2 room 116
Session 2: Becoming a Disciple Making Catalyst
You don’t need a stage, a title, or a seminary degree to make disciples, you just need a willingness to start where you are. Whether it’s your workplace, school, neighborhood, or even your gym, God can use you to spark something real. This workshop will help you see your everyday spaces as mission fields and give you practical tools to start spiritual conversations, build meaningful relationships, and invite others into life with Jesus. You can be the one who changes the temperature of your environment—and it starts with one step of obedience.
Speakers: Beau Moffatt, Andrea Jones, Ralph Moore (with Chestly Lunday facilitating)
Time/Location: Wednesday, March 18 from 8:45-9:45am in Faith Hall, room 301H
Session 2: Exponential NEXT Ventures Innovative Pitching Deck
Four ministries (including Discipology) are invited to apply to do a 7 minute pitch live and in person where they have the opportunity to be in the running for 1 of 12 slots at our anual Shark Tank event, engage in networking opportunities, experience national exposure, and receive helpful coaching.

Session 3: How to Build a Disciple Making Culture in Your Church
Programs don’t multiply, people do. If you’re a pastor longing to see more than attendance growth—if you want to see transformation ripple through your church and into your community—this workshop is for you. We’ll walk through practical ways to shift from ministry-as-usual to a culture where disciple making is normal, expected, and contagious. Learn how to equip your people to move from sitting to sending, and build a church that doesn’t just gather, but goes.

This workshop helps you flip the script, using digital tools, personal stories, and online spaces to spark real-life spiritual growth.
