APEST in Proximity

Have you ever thought that you communicated or sparked action effectively, only to find out later that people didn’t “get it?”

That’s because people interact and relate to each other differently depending on the setting they’re in. Jesus knew this, and he communicated with his twelve disciples differently than the masses.

APEST in Proximity will help you think through how people experience the fulness of Christ differently throughout your ministry. It examines how each of the five functions of Christ from Ephesians 4 are expressed in intimate, personal, social, and public settings.

APEST in proximity combines the frameworks of APEST and proxemics together so that we can understand how people strong in each APEST function might interact differently in different settings.
