In Romans 15:19, Paul states, "from Jerusalem and all the way to Illyricum I have fulfilled the ministry of the gospel of Christ." He could not make this statement by being a solo ministry superhero.

The gospel advanced because Paul trained teams to reach the lost.

Instead of looking for the next ministry superstar to get burned out, we need to disciple teams of believers through leadership pipelines so that we can release them into the wild to reach the lost.

Our hope is that one day, we too might be able to look back on our ministry impact and marvel at the places to which our teams took the gospel...just like Paul did.
