NewBreed is a training collective founded by Peyton Jones (Author: Reaching The Unreached, Church Zero, and Church Plantology) and Andrea Jones to provide planters with the three essential keys:
Resources – Courses, Books, Tools and Articles
Relationships – Online community, cohorts, and optional coaching sessions
Regional Trainings – Because the New Testament believers planted in teams, NewBreed trains in teams so that planters are always connected; never alone.
NewBreed’s training is based on APEST, aimed at teams, and geared for multiplication

ALL OUR TRAINING IS BASED UPON CHURCH PLANTOLOGY PRINCIPLES
What's a plantology principle you ask? When we see a principle that worked in scripture, throughout church history, and in global best practices today, we call that a plantology principle. Rather than inventors, we see ourselves as scientists, rediscovering how Jesus hardwired multiplication in his church. The Apostle Paul grasped these principles and utilized them in his own ministry. Our Values
We hold to our distinctives, taken from Ephesians 4, the seedbed of team leadership, and the key to mobilizing the body of Christ:
- Multi-denominational - “There is one body and one Spirit…one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all” (Eph 4:4-6)
- Committed to Dark Places - We go to the darkest places “He also descended into the lower regions of the earth” (Eph 4:9)
- Apostolic Team Ministry - “And he gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers” (Eph 4:11)
- Gift Driven - Every believer mobilized in their gifts “to equip the saints for the work of the ministry” (Eph 4:12)
- Biblical Fluency - The scriptures are our guide “that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes” (Eph 4:14)
Today, we serve all denominations and networks to help them train planters to multiply 1st Century-style local networks.
